Your background includes 1–3 years in retail management, strong communication, and leadership, with a knack for budgeting and forecasting to improve store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Guest First mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and lead measures.
• Coach and develop teammates through training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Open/close duties when GM is off and support guest issues.
