Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Crestwood, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The AGM will work closely with the GM to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will help with budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense controls while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a high-performance team. Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense control.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Drive revenue growth through guest counts and core sales metrics.
• Coach and develop automotive service team and CSAs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
