The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting support, inventory control, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. You will mentor technicians and CSAs, run opening/closing duties, and lead daily huddles to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven leadership with diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and guest experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM by increasing guest count and lead measures.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
