Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive service center performance. As AGM, you’ll work with the GM to grow guest counts, improve service metrics, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll coach and mentor teammates through the internal training program, manage inventory and cash handling, lead daily huddles, and ensure a safe, clean workplace while supporting budgeting and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue growth through guest count and sales mix.
• Coach and develop teammates using internal training program and ongoing guidance.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution; collaborate with DM on initiatives.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings; set direction for achieving business goals.
• Ensure service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines; mentor technicians and CSAs.
