Fairfield Inn & Suites Geneva, NY is seeking a driven Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations across guest services, housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage.

You will supervise and coach staff, help with hiring and training, monitor labor costs, expenses, and coordination between departments to uphold brand standards and financial objectives. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2 years of hotel experience, preferably in a comparable property.
• Ability to manage multiple departments including overnight operations.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and job requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle internal/external customers.
• Able to train, coach, and develop staff effectively.
