Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in Denver. You will help run daily restaurant operations, oversee staffing, forecasting, and inventory, and lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service.

The AGM will learn competency-based leadership, manage schedules, control labor and costs, and support with financial reporting and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Provide training and coaching to Team Members and support staff.
• Support with planning, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
