Dave & Buster's is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Austin (South), TX to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations under the General Manager. You will coach the team, monitor COGS and labor, and push for an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment restaurant.

The role requires 21+ years old, 5+ years in hospitality, and willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays while maintaining high standards in a noisy, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
