The AGM will coach and lead front-of-house teams, manage scheduling, and uphold outstanding guest service while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
