Job summary

Workstream is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee restaurant activities and ensure team cohesion. The AGM will handle operational responsibilities while promoting a positive work culture.

Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills are required, along with a high school diploma and relevant experience in the restaurant industry. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for a work-life balance.

Qualifications

• One year in a leadership role and two years of experience in a restaurant role preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all restaurant activities and ensure team members meet job responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly in-store Manager Meetings to review restaurant performance.
• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week with flexible hours.
