Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in North Carolina (Indian Trail) to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability. This role partners with the General Manager to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and manage daily operations.

Offering flexible hours, weekly pay, and strong benefits, the position requires 50-hour weeks, a valid driver’s license, and previous supervisory experience to coach staff and onboard new team members.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and guest experiences.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture across the store.
• Ensure adherence to systems and processes (BoFood and BoLabor).
• Uphold standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service.
• Understand restaurant P&L and its impact on sales, quality and cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory management and safety/security practices.
• Engage in LTO lifecycle, including training and POP deadlines.
