Bojangles' in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant teams and deliver the renowned Southern hospitality our guests expect. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a culture of exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a customer-centric culture.
• Develop and lead a team, drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Ensure WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Participate in inventory management and safety standards.
