Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality.
• Develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales and profitability.
• Create an inviting culture where team members feel respected and valued.
• Mentor and develop team members and oversee onboarding.
• Adhere to BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Uphold WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Understand Restaurant P&L and its impact on sales.
• Participate in inventory management and safety procedures.
• Engage in LTO lifecycle, including training and POP.
