Border Foods LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to reinforce the company CORE values and drive restaurant operations. You will manage the entire restaurant, build and coach a strong team, and ensure fast, friendly service with quality food.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
