Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead the restaurant team. You will oversee daily operations to deliver quality food and a friendly guest experience while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• Non-exempt management position with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
