Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Chesterfield location. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, cost control, training new hires, and maintaining health and safety standards. A Food Manager certification is required within a short period of starting employment; full-time hours and a strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Experience managing a restaurant team is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate staff, and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review store P&L and assist in scheduling to hit cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Supervise guests and train team; set shift tone and directions.
• Mentor staff and manage quality crew development and evaluations.
• Support kitchen when needed and assist in interviewing and onboarding.
