Job summary

Taziki’s Café - Taz Fresh Mason, LLC in Mason, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support the General Manager, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-casual setting.

You’ll coach and develop team members, assist with hiring and onboarding, monitor P&L and costs, and maintain food safety and cleanliness. This full-time role offers growth, flexibility, and meals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred).
• Tech-friendly; Google Suite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service.
• Work kitchen and service stations as needed.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards.
