Taziki’s Café is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead store operations, drive performance, and coach a diverse team. You’ll own the P&L, build schedules, hire and train staff, and ensure service excellence, food safety, and quality in a fast-growing restaurant brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant GM or upper management leadership.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control.
• Passion for hospitality, fresh food, and team culture.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and tech tools.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Food Manager’s Certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Own your store’s P&L and drive performance.
• Build schedules, hit labor goals, and coach your team.
• Hire, train, and grow great people.
• Lead by example in service, food safety, and quality.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure health/code compliance.
• Step in on kitchen or service stations when needed.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and catering execution.
