Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering smooth day-to-day operations at our travel plazas.

You will lead non-management staff, coach shifts, and uphold brand standards while focusing on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations

Responsibilities

• Confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and communicating business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and assign work across shifts.
• Step in for the general manager when needed and maintain operations smoothly.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale, and lead with strong organizational skills.
• Ensure policies, procedures, brand standards, and cash handling are followed.
• Maintain clean, inviting restaurant presentation and accurate inventory data.
