Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily operations across our travel plazas. You will lead store teams, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards while managing cash, inventory, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coaching of shifts supervisors; ensure store performance.
• Act in the absence of the general manager and maintain leadership continuity.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Ensure brand standards, cash handling, and inventory accuracy are maintained.
• Resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships.
