Job summary

honeygrow is seeking team members for our New Jersey location to uphold our hg Engine and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will help lead restaurant operations, train staff, and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Strong food prep experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous training experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations while enforcing policies, standards, and training.
• Demonstrate top performance to elevate the team and honeygrow.
• Support the General Manager in coaching the team to hg standards.
• Promote culture, values, and mission during guest and team interactions.
• Be trained on all restaurant functions through Service Manager level.
• Oversee cash handling, nightly reports, and daily administrative tasks.
• Train and develop employees with patience and diligence.
• Deliver a fantastic guest experience via the hg Engine (speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product, hospitality).
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and procedures.
• Supervise scheduled shifts and maintain facilities standards.
