Qualifications

• Must have current, legal ability to work in the United States.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Valid Food Handling Safety Certification & Alcohol Training Certification.
• 5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant team members for efficient operation.
• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings with pertinent information for the team (house count, menu changes).
• Schedule and direct team members in work assignments.
• Interact with guests to promote resort facilities and services and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain profitability by controlling payroll and equipment costs.
