Qualifications

2+ years of prior relevant experience required.
3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
Prior experience in a high-energy restaurant with live entertainment preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgeting, labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory.
Collaborate with General Manager to execute business plans and strategies.
Oversee human resources: coaching, hiring, training, and diversity initiatives.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and handling feedback.
