Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking a Service & Hospitality Manager to support the General Manager by overseeing daily FOH operations and training a hospitality team, ensuring service meets the highest standards.

The role requires guiding staff, delivering courteous guest interactions, and maintaining menu knowledge while coordinating with back-of-house. A minimum of 2 years in a high-volume restaurant/lounge and a flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations and supervise training of the service team.
• Maintain professional appearance standards and hospitality environment.
• Lead and develop a service-driven team delivering high-level guest experiences.
• Oversee guest recovery procedures and online complaint responses.
• Ensure all food, drinks, and service meet restaurant standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with back-of-house and participate in hiring and training.
