• Overseeing capital projects, customer service, and property refurbishment.
• Handling guest complaints and supervising service recovery processes.
• Preparing and achieving the hotel’s Operating Budget and Capital Budget.
• Maximizing hotel profitability while exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
