Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will work closely with the General Manager and Area Leader to implement store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members.

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering and cost control.
• Supervise, train, coach, and provide performance feedback to team.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and resolving team issues.
