Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail operations.
• Ability to analyze and influence sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Support GM to drive revenue growth through guest growth and sales metrics.
• Coach and mentor team using internal training programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Lead opening/closing duties and daily team huddles and meetings.
