Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Stanwood service center. You will work with the GM to drive revenue growth, lead a fast-paced team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Expect involvement in inventory, budgeting, and staff development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability.
• Strong business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings; set direction to meet business goals.
• Manage inventory and cash-handling procedures; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per standards.
• Support critical initiatives with the District Manager as needed.
