Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team. In this role you will drive sales growth, coach automotive service staff, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.

You will partner with the General Manager on budgeting, inventory, and daily operations, lead team huddles, ensure safety and cleanliness, and develop teammates through our internal training program in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire diverse teams.
• Solid business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly support GM to drive revenue growth and guest counts.
• Coach and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead team engagement and boost efficiency.

• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Handle inventory, cash procedures, and guest issues.
