Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Eagan, MN to drive sales, guest experience, and team performance. You will work closely with the GM to achieve revenue growth, coach staff, and implement standard operating procedures in a fast-paced service center.

The AGM will focus on developing teammates, overseeing inventory, budgeting, and onboarding while maintaining a high standard of service and safety for guests and technicians alike.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through increased guest count and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through our internal training program and guidance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls; lead inventory and cash handling processes.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide direction to the team and maintain guest satisfaction.
