Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and support a dynamic service center team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong sales performance. You’ll partner with the GM on revenue growth, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The AGM will guide inventory, coaching, and opening/closing duties while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
• You must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measures (core sales mix, MultiCare, Core Plus) and coach outstanding customer service.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and align goals.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is off and assist with budgeting and forecasts.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs to build an engaged, high-performance team.
