Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center leadership team. In this role, you will work with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, improve guest experiences, and lead daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of retail business drivers and guest experience.

Responsibilities
