Sonic-Drive--in is seeking an Assistant General Manager to train and support drive-in staff, ensuring food is delivered safely, efficiently, and with an excellent customer experience. You will assist the General Manager, supervise crew, carhops, and schedules, and oversee inventory, ordering, and payroll records.

Responsibilities include hiring, developing action plans for sales trends, marketing implementation, and resolving guest requests promptly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience in QSR preferred.
• Experience running shifts with or without supervision.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health/sanitation laws.
• Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems; follows directions autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coaches crew, carhops, and skating carhops to meet standards.
• Performs opening/closing duties and schedules staff.
• Manages inventory and places orders within cost-control procedures.
• Prepares operational reports and action plans to address trends.
• Develops and implements marketing plans and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisor.
• Interviews and hires staff to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Ensures compliance with policies and appearance/hygiene standards.
