106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Arlington Heights service center. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and store performance while leading a high‑energy team.

You’ll coach teammates through our training program, manage daily operations, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast‑paced environment. This is a full‑time employee role in Illinois.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a "Guest First" mindset.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal.

Responsibilities

• Grow guest count and revenue through core sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service while creating an outstanding guest experience.
• Lead by example, building team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide direction to the team and maintain a clean, safe service center.
