Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development at our La Grange Park service center. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead operations, coaching, and ensure a high standard of guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide daily team activities, manage inventories, assist with budgeting, and maintain safety and quality standards while leaning on internal training programs

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to achieve goals.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentability per guidelines.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Support guests and resolve issues in person, online, or by phone.
