Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding team. You will help hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and uphold our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, manage cash, ensure food safety, and promote brand standards. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to execute local marketing and community outreach to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
