1915 South | Ashley is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the sales team and drive a guest-centric experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is salaried and focuses on people leadership, accountability, and coaching execution to deliver store results. You will manage inventory, promotions, cash handling, and overall store operations while fostering teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team on the floor and coach execution to ensure guest-centric service.
• Manage inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Oversee store operations, facilities, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and coach team members; manage scheduling and performance.
• Prepare KPI reporting and participate in management meetings.

Position Summary

The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader. It directly manages the sales team, coaches' execution, holds accountability, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.
