Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and floor execution, including upselling.

• Oversee inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Manage facilities and building oversight.
• Foster culture and lead team huddles.
• Maintain store operations and standards.
• Develop and coach talent.
• Schedule and manage teams, resolving conflicts.

Position Summary:

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
