1915 South is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Harvey, LA. This salaried people leader directly manages the sales team, coaches execution, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric shopping experience.

You will oversee store operations, inventory, promotions, cash handling, scheduling, and training. You’ll lead KPI reviews in management meetings and mentor talent to foster growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role, preferred.

Position Summary:
