Job summary

1915 South is hiring an Assistant Selling Manager to lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our Ashley store network. You will drive sales, oversee promotions, manage inventory and cash handling, and lead a team to uphold store standards.

Education starts with a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 2+ years of retail leadership experience. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor, oversee promotions, and manage upselling.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and guest support.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, and shift scheduling.
• Oversee store operations and standards, and participate in KPI reporting.

Job Duties:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role, preferred
