Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, NJ seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead the entire club’s operations when the GM is away. You will walk the floor, coach a team, and manage guest services, spa, F&B, events and staffing.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, experience supervising multiple departments, and the ability to balance operations with guest-focused service. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, resort or private club operations.
• Experience leading supervisors and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strength in scheduling, labor and SOPs, plus calm service recovery.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Upscale or pre-opening experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $65,000 - $86,000 per year, based on experience and KPI goals

Be the leader everyone knows is in charge, and feels supported by.

As ATAIA's second-in-command, you'll partner with the General Manager to run the entire club, and you'll be the senior leader on property whenever the GM is away. This role is for someone organized enough to manage systems and schedules and warm enough to walk the floor, connect with guests and coach a team through a busy Saturday.
