Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, New Jersey seeks detail-oriented team members for an Operations Attendant role. You will be cross-trained across housekeeping, locker rooms and the bathhouse and spa floor, from the banya and hammam to the snow room and cold plunges to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Join a growing wellness destination where training is provided, shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays, and you’ll help keep spaces spotless, stocked and welcoming for every guest who visits.

Responsibilities

• Keep locker rooms, showers and guest areas clean and guest-ready all day
• Keep towels, robes and amenities stocked before they run out
• Walk the bathhouse, assist guests and watch for safety concerns
• Report maintenance issues and protect guest privacy
• Help keep the atmosphere calm and welcoming

Compensation: $17- $19 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for detail-oriented, guest-friendly team members to keep ATAIA spotless, stocked and safe. You'll be crosstrained across Housekeeping & Locker Rooms and our Bathhouse & Spa floor, from the banya and hammam to the snow room and cold plunges.

What You'll Do

• Keep locker rooms, showers and guest areas clean and guest-ready all day
