Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, New Jersey is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician to lead our team of Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Par Masters. You will oversee staffing, ensure high standards, and help shape ATAIA's signature treatments.

You will recruit, train, and coach a talented team, maintain exemplary safety and licensure compliance, and step in for hands-on treatments when needed. Weekend and peak-period availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Massage Therapist or Esthetician license.
• Experience training and coaching professional service providers.
• Strong scheduling, organization and decision-making skills.
• Lead therapist or spa management experience preferred.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings and peak periods.

Compensation: $70,000- $102,000 per year, based on experience and KPI goals

Lead a team of exceptional providers, and help create ATAIA's signature treatments.

We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician who is ready to lead. You'll oversee our Massage Therapists, Estheticians and Par Masters, keep schedules full and well staffed, and make sure every treatment reflects both technical excellence and genuine hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage provider schedules to maximize treatment-room utilization
• Recruit, train, coach and support a talented professional team
• Develop and launch new massages, facials, body treatments and signature ATAIA rituals
• Protect quality, safety, sanitation and licensure compliance
• Provide hands-on treatments within your license when coverage is needed

What You Bring

• A current New Jersey Massage Therapist or Esthetician license
• Experience training and coaching professional service providers
• Strong scheduling, organization and real-time decision-making skills
• Lead therapist, lead esthetician or spa management experience strongly preferred
• Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings and peak periods
