ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a hands-on leader to guide the Operations Attendants, Laundry and Maintenance teams across our 25,000-square-foot wellness destination. You will set cleaning standards and schedule staff to ensure flawless operations.

You will manage preventive maintenance, enforce safety and sanitation procedures, and lead a commitment to immaculate guest spaces. This role supports a brand-new luxury spa experience and invites you to help shape its culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or facilities
• Exceptional attention to cleanliness standards
• Comfort with basic hands-on maintenance
• Luxury spa or wellness club experience preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation: $40,000- $50,000 per year, based on experience

Lead the team that makes 25,000 square feet feel immaculate, every hour of the day.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes genuine pride in an immaculate environment. You'll lead our Operations Attendants, Laundry and Maintenance teams across saunas, a banya and hammam, cold plunges, locker rooms, a snow room, treatment spaces and extensive back-of-house.

What You’ll Do

• Set cleaning standards, checklists and inspection routines, and fix issues on the spot


• Schedule and lead Operations Attendants, Laundry and Maintenance teams


• Keep linens flowing and wet areas safe and spotless


• Handle minor repairs and manage preventive maintenance and vendors


• Enforce safety, chemical and sanitation procedures

What You Bring

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping, environmental services or facilities


• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards


• Comfort with basic hands-on maintenance


• Luxury hotel, spa, wellness club or pool experience preferred
