Pepp & Dolores in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead the kitchen team and uphold our commitment to hospitality, fresh pastas, and curated wines. The role reports to the Kitchen Manager and involves active movement, training, and enforcing brand standards.

You will hire, train, schedule, and develop back-of-house staff, ensure recipe accuracy, monitor safety and sanitation, and drive continuous improvement as our restaurant group grows.

• Experience in restaurant/kitchen management or supervisory role.

• Assisting with leading the back of the house team

Pepp & Dolores, inspired by the Sunday supper experience and hospitality featuring fresh pastas and curated wines, is looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager.The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
