Job summary

The Eagle Short North in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations and lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. The Hourly Manager will report to the General Manager and support hospitality, product quality, and people development at a high standard.

Based in the Short North area, this role requires physical movement and adherence to safety, sanitation, and health standards while upholding Thunderdome Restaurant Group's standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced Bar Manager with leadership experience in front of house and back of house.
• Ability to lead teams, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and maintain high service quality.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement.

• Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times
• Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for an experienced Bar Manager. The Hourly Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Hourly Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
