Job summary

Bakersfield at Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations, lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and uphold quality standards.

You will hire, train, schedule, and coach staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. This role reports to the General Manager and supports growth within the restaurant group.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
