Pepp & Dolores in Cincinnati, OH, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead front and back of house teams, and uphold hospitality, quality, and safety standards.

The role reports to the General Manager; responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff, ensuring exceptional service, and aligning with Thunderdome’s core values.

Qualifications

Pepp & Dolores, inspired by the Sunday supper experience and hospitality featuring fresh pastas and curated wines, is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
