Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an Hourly Manager to support the operation across nine concepts, including The Eagle. You will lead front of house and back of house teams, uphold hospitality, quality and safety standards, and report directly to the General Manager.

The role requires continuous movement and physical effort, including bending, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds, with adherence to written and oral instructions to maintain company standards.

Qualifications

• The Hourly Manager assists the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality.
• Reports directly to the General Manager.
