Job summary

City Bird, our fast casual concept, is seeking a General Manager for the OTR Cincinnati location. You will lead both front of house and back of house teams, drive hospitality excellence, and manage costs and inventory to meet brand standards.

The role reports to the Regional Managing Partner and requires hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional service, oversee safety and sanitation, and mentor staff through growth opportunities within Thunderdome Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading both front of house and back of house teams.
• Proven ability to manage food/beverage costs and inventory.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
• Ability to hire, train and develop staff to brand guidelines.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Managing Partner. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
