Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for Pepp & Dolores, our pasta-forward concept. You will support daily operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, hire, train, schedule, and uphold the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to move quickly in a busy restaurant environment; your efforts will help drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or equivalent leadership role in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Proven track record in delivering high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop all team members and hold them to high standards.
• Oversee safety, sanitation and health standards compliance.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food and service to guests.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the restaurant through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
